Traditional Piedmontese recipes coexist with a modern and rigorous approach, which favors freshness, balance and authenticity.

Our team was born from the meeting of experience, passion and sensitivity. Each of us brings our own story and our own perspective to the kitchen, giving life to dishes that preserve the Piedmontese tradition and interpret it with one current style, measured and aware.

Sustainability is not a cosmetic choice, but a way of working: favoring local producers, reducing waste, carefully choosing each ingredient.
We are connected to the community around us and we search, in our small way, to give back what we receive by supporting
local projects and collaborating with those who share our values.

When I took my son to watch Kung Fu Panda, the protagonist discovers that the best soup doesn't have special ingredients: it's special because someone actually believes it. For me, it's the same in the kitchen. No magic powders: only local products, gestures patients and a team that puts their heart and soul into it. You do the rest, when you sit at the table. If there is a secret ingredient, this is it: believe in what we cook and in who shares it.
